Wisbech & Fenland Museum, Wisbech

This museum in Cambridgeshire is a perfect surviving example of the Victorian museum, an exemplar of the taxonomy systems and learning styles of the period. Of particular interest in its collection of fine and decorative arts are Staffordshire figures which were donated from the collections of William Smith and JL Kirk.
